Hotel a Towson

“The breakfast was delicious and was a wide variety to choose from. The check in process was quick and easy. The room was quiet and the only issue was the bathroom was dirty when I got there. It was a good place to spend the weekend. ”

“Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

“The restaurant has amazing food and it’s open longer than expected. The room was clean and the beds are so comfy. The only thing I didn’t like is the room didn’t have a refrigerator. But the safety was great and the staff as well!”

“Terrible service. Terrible rooms. All around bad. I told the front desk I was unhappy with the rooms. I agreed to stay the night and pay for the night but refund my other 2 nights. They denied my refund after I left the state. The owners son was a complete piece of work. He told me none of what was going on was his problem. They refused to give me any names of people working but the day shift told me not much will be done about the owners son because well. It’s the owners son. Thanks WINGATE....

“They stole my money. I paid for a night due to bad weather from the airline i booked. It was deducted and the hotel claimed they never saw my payment even after showing them my receipt of payment and the deduction from my personal banking acct . I called Expedia they promised to help but never refunded my money . I had to make a payment again . ”
