Hotel a Towson

“Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

“Avoid staying in the area in general if you can. Staff wasn’t really friendly minus one cleaning staff who let me in back to my room before check out when my keys stop working and went to the front desk twice to try and fix it. No restaurants or food service with in walking distance ”

“Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”

“Its ridiculous to have to pay $18.00 parking per day and you already paying to stay there. Parking should be included "free" with the purchase of them room. The elevators kept getting stuck , had to carry our luggage from the 3rd using the stairs. ”

“recently stayed at the Hyatt House Baltimore after a last-minute flight cancellation, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, and the free breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. My only complaint was the shuttle service. After calling the hotel and providing my location, I waited about 45 minutes before calling again. I was then told the hotel was only 5 minutes away and the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes, which was...

“Room was large, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great view of the harbor. Busy street between hotel and harbor...lots of traffic noise to about 11 PM. Short walk to Aquarium and other harbor activities. ”
