Our only disappointments were that the air conditioning in one of the three bedrooms did not work, and the cable TV was out for our entire stay. “WiFi barely worked and would skip out. Check in process was a pain and made you jump hoops to get the entry code, very impersonal. I called for help with the process, and no one answered, I left a voicemail and no one even bothered to return my call. Cleaners knocked on my door Sunday morning at 9:15am when my check out was 11:00am which I thought was not necessary being that I paid a premium to stay there and check out is 11:00am.”

I also liked that the bedding looked nice in each room and wasn’t mismatched. Suggestions: Adding liquid body soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers and maybe make a few extra bath towels available (if I am washing my hair, I need two towels and hubs still needs one). “We loved our time here. My 4 year old said "I want to stay here for trillion days!" He loved the bunkhouse, den area and all the board games. Us adults, loved how spacious the place was and they had everything we needed for our long stay including a fully stocked kitchen. “We brought our small companion dog on the trip. Our dog is well behaved and not left alone. It was obvious that other dogs were not as well behaved on the property. IE: pet stains and claw marks. Too bad people don’t respect the property….it was a nice trip to watch ski races at Sugar Bowl”
