“Calidad precio excelente”

“The food was excellent and staff was always friendly and helpful. The temperature in our room was never controlable via the thermostat. Alway too cool. We just opened the door to the balcony. My wife and I were there to celebrate her birthday. The birthday was mentioned as the reason for our stay to several staff members during our checkin. “The staff was amazing. They did a wonderful job, always friendly, prompt, helpful, and effective. The food was excellent, drinks plentiful, and amenities as described. The wildlife was amazing including iguanas, coaties, agouties, friendly cats, and beautiful birds. The beach was fantastic, though not typical with a short trip from amenities to the ocean, a rocky ledge to walk past, and lots stars brought in by the tide. It was fantastic all the same.”

“Staff and entertainment personnel were really good. Food was average at best, beach area was below average. Mattress was hard, several plugs did not work. Been to much better properties in the past. Overall experience was just average.”

“It was all fine other than the people booking our suppers and travel from to the airport. We showed up for suppers and werent booked even tho we did all the booking the first day. Then our van didnt show up for us at all on the last day.”

“Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus.”
