“While the hotel’s location is highly convenient, the bathrooms surrounding the hotel (lobby, arcade room, etc) were exceptionally unclean. The overall appearance of the hotel was unkempt and poorly maintained. Despite this, the staff members were courteous and attentive.”

“The floor in the room was sticky. You could hear every noise made in the rooms nearby and in the hall. The mattresses badly needed to be changed. I asked for a towel refresh at check-in and that never happened. For the good things, the fire pit and pool area seemed nice. It’s very close to Cedar Point. Staff were friendly (although as mentioned, didn’t follow through on my request). Way overpriced for what we got.”

“The hotel cleanliness was below average. It seemed apparent that the hotel was struggling with staffing. While most of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the housekeeping seemed to be lacking the attention that I usually experience and expect.”
