“While the resort was nice, it was also a bit dated. It also lacked a bit of liveliness. There was some entertainment scheduled but there wasn’t any music playing at the pools or live entertainment throughout the day. The pools also closed earl. Housekeeping was spotty with their service. Sometimes they would come even if you put the light on to request the room to be cleaned. Room service was great but dirty dishes were not consistently picked up. Bar drinks were good!”

Tutto è stato spettacolare: dalle camere sempre in ordine e pulite, ai servizi, ai diversi ristoranti, sia il principale a buffet con proposte sempre nuove tutti i giorni sia i ristoranti “a tema” come il sushi piuttosto che il ristorante brasiliano. I dipendenti sono stati sempre gentili ed efficienti aiutandoci con la prenotazione dei ristoranti e con il cambio dei contanti. Non vedo l’ora di tornare tra una decina di anni e vedere quali...

“Le stanze “tenda” sono molto piccole, buie e rumorose. Il servizio rimane discreto e la maggioranza dei camerieri è gentile. Il vero problema è che non controllano le stanze con le ordinazioni quindi, come è capitato a noi, se qualche ospite decide di mettere la sua cena da 5.000$ sulla tua stanza non puoi farci nulla. Pur avendo mostrato (con ricevuta della carta di credito) che all’orario in cui qualcuno cenava con la nostra stanza ero a cena in un altro hotel ad 1 ora di distanza hanno detto...

“Breakfast was fresh but very late every morning. It started after 8am, i had trips planned and needed to leave early on fee days but there was no breakfast. I tried looking around the property but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Also, apparently there was a waterfall but they didn’t turn it on until my last day of trip. They also tried to put me in a different room than the one I booked ( Orchid Suite). I has to ask them about it and then they moved me.”
