“Expedia advertises its hotels as either Free Breakfast or Breakfast($). Since Expedia didn't have Breakfast($) on this property, I booked it thinking breakfast was included. In fact, free breakfast was the main reason i booked this particular property. When i went down for the breakfast, i had to pay $17 per person. I didn't read it too carefully but Expedia apparently advertised this property as Breakfast Available, which can mean either or both. I think it would be better practice if Expedia...

“Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”

“The rooms were clean and large. Couldn’t use the pool because it was outdooors. Their tvs were too old to connect to Netflix or anything of that sort. Television had regular channels like it was connected to an antenna. This hotel was nice but lacking in amenities. Breakfast was great, nice spread of different foods. I wouldn’t stay again though. Oh yeah hotel was small with 2 slow moving elevators.”

“Check in with as very easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. We were given a handicap room near the elevator. (we did not request this) The shower was so hot that it nearly burned me. Before I could even turn it down the water temp dropped. Just as I was rinsing my hair the water temperature became scalding again. The hotel should definitely do something to regulate this especially in a handicap bathroom. ”

“Advertised photo description of rooms are misleading. Room that we booked looked nothing like the photos of it on Expedia website. Harbor view advertised is blocked by rooftop. 2 sofas/couches advertised - we had 0. Also strange smell in the room. After you check in refunds are not possible. So be aware. Good luck. ”

“The airport shutlle was excellent, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center very accommodating.
The clean staff, I was disappointed, I asked the young lady to change the bed linen, and vacumm, she cleaned the restroom and left WITHOUT changing the linen and vacuuming.
