“The service was very inconsistent as far as staff friendliness and offering assistance. The buffet was not good but the coffee shop made up for the lack there of. The restaurants were good but they didn’t accept anyone 1hr before closing so why bother state they stay open until 9:30pm? The bars closed early and again very inconsistent with friendliness. Overall a 5/10 rating for me.”

“Struttura sorprendente per acquari e giardini tenuti perfettamente . La spiaggia , bellissima, troppo affollata, disorganizzata con lettini fatiscenti e pessimo servizio. Sembra di stare in un complesso balneare di bassissimo livello. Tantissima gente nell hotel che urla e schiamazza. Le camere sono spaziose e bel tenute. Nel complesso deludente.”

“The room was clean and beautifully maintained. The location is very safe and perfect for solo travelers. Plenty of food options. A quick stop store & a 24hr mini market on the property. Multiple restaurants too. Multiple pools and it’s right on the beach. The only downside I’ll say is that everything about this gives the aura and amenities of a resort but everything is a separate price - literally everything. And the incidental deposit is $500 which i called ahead of time and asked and was told...
