“Our room was spacious and clean. The shade was broken, so didn't get to have any sunlight, but it was a quick overnight stay and not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. So many choices and everyone was happy. Loved my chat with the night desk fella when I checked in. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would for sure go back.”

“My daughter, husband and I had reserved and paid for two rooms with king size beds. There was a little problem checking in because the reservation said there was money owed when. there shouldn’t have been because prepaid for the rooms. We were given rooms 210 and 310 and both were two queen beds and not a king ! I didn’t complain about the rooms because they were clean and I was too tired to deal with changing rooms. “The location is nice if your staying in Dayton or going to Kings Island. Our only complaint is if the pillows and sheets could of been softer.”

“I booked this hotel room at the wrong location and immediately contacted the staff to try to cancel my reservation. They were unwilling to give even a partial refund or give any consideration to my mistake. Very disappointed. Paid $200 for a hotel room that we didn’t even stay in.”

“Stay 5 days. Breakfast wasnt that great. Had to ask every day to have room cleaned and/or sheets changed. Bathroom not that clean. Tub was slimy on bottom when taking shower. Had to wear flip flops to take a shower. This was first time staying at a Holiday Inn and it will be my LAST. Would not recommend especially this location.”

“For some unforeseen reason you could not get local TV stations or any network. ABC. NBC. CBS. but you had plenty sport stations and movie channels.. I beleave They were doing some renovations also. Room was clean no complants there.”

“We requested a room change because our initial room was on the first floor, near the exit and entry doors, which caused significant disturbances due to the heavy foot traffic throughout the night. However, the staff refused to accommodate our request, citing that the booking was made through a third party. The fitness room was quite small. Apart from these minor inconveniences, we had a generally positive experience.”
