“Great hotel Clean room, nice staff”

“This is an okay place to stay in a pinch. I would describe it as a "minimum viable product." Technically there is a pool, but it's small and the waterfall doesn't work. There's a whirlpool, but it is out of order. There is a courtyard, but the fire pit doesn't work and cigarette butts were stuffed in the seats. There is a "bistro" but it is overpriced and low quality. The room was subpar. There was leftover food in the mini fridge, stains on the bathroom floor, the tv was small and stuck with...
