“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“On the fifth floor hot water is an option. Not very clean an a bit run down”

“Everything was mostly clean. Coffee pot still had old coffee grinds, and shower wasnt as clean as it could have been, a few spare hairs, but rest was ok.”

“Deacon, the front desk clerk, truly was helpful and he made my stay wonderful! The weekend I booked, it was last minute I was stressed because the AC in my home had went out and I found out I had huge nail in my tire on the way to the hotel. Mind you it’s 8pm. And my birthday is also the next day. Deacon had a calming presence he greeted me with a smile and told me “your birthday is tomorrow!” He also reassured me everything will be okay despite how the night was going. I needed that. “Ottimo Hotel di transito.”

“He asked for no cheese on his whopper and he still received cheese! This resulted in smelly smelly bum”

“Everything looked very nice. It was clean. They were very polite, and when we needed new towels, they made sure we had them. Very happy with my stay.”

“Very clean, friendly staff. Could use a little touch up paint here and there. Beds were not very comfortable.”

“This place horrible. Expedia should not be listing this place. Furniture was so dirty and stained they flipped the cushions over, the tv only had 12 channels working out of 62. Cut phone cords broken lamp shades along with no light bulbs. Never cleaned my room. I would like a total refund. The worst place o have ever stayed . Will never recommend or stay in another one if I dont get a refund.”

“Everything was OK but the smell of smoke in the room. I'm not a smoker and may be I did a mistake in the reservation, it was too late and I was too tired to ask for a change, but at the end the smell was too strong.”

“Clean, great location, nice staff”

“Budget hotel. Great price. The location is the best part. You can Walk to Kings Dominion. There is no reason to drive, it is right next to KD parking lot. Wish it was cleaner and there was a musty burnt smell. But the sheets were clean, the toilet was clean, the AC worked. I'd be tempted to stay again for the location and price, but if they would just clean better, I'd be more likely.”
