“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“The staff were extremely friendly and diligent, the rooms were clean. The lobby was very inviting and we actually spent time playing pool. We enjoyed everything, the only thing was the pool not being cleaned, and maintained. We cleaned it and told the staff because it was green. ”

“Their hot tub actually worked jets strong and hot tub hot. Our only suggestion is they should have a map that can show where eateries,stores etc...are at we were defintely pleased with our stay ”

“The checkin was easy. The staff quickly got extra towels when I needed more. They were helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were super nice and friendly. The breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and the condiments. Cranberry, apple, and orange juice as well as lemonade. Milk, coffee, tea. The breakfast was very good. The dining area was clean, comfortable, plenty of seats, and you could watch tv during your meal. ”

“newly renovated rooms was a pleasant surprise. The layout of the room we stayed in was really great compared to other king rooms we have stayed, just a shame we only there overnight. But will definitely stay again when we are in Richmond.”

“Everything was OK but the smell of smoke in the room. I'm not a smoker and may be I did a mistake in the reservation, it was too late and I was too tired to ask for a change, but at the end the smell was too strong.”
