“At check in they were trying to give me a king bed even though I booked two queens traveling with a friend. The rate was a deluxe ocean which should say mostly pool view and partial ocean. Then the room flooded late at night from the rain and was in puddles all over the entire floor and on our beds. They tried to push back on finding a room and gave me a room with a worse view. They told me to speak with the manager on compensation and when I did she said she had no notes and wouldn’t do...

“★★★★★ Live Aqua Cancún was an absolute DREAM! The turquoise water, beautiful beach, and gorgeous pools made it feel like we were living in a postcard. It’s the kind of place where you keep taking pictures because you can’t believe how beautiful everything is, and somehow the pictures still don’t do it justice. “The staff was very helpful”

“Only 1 lady was helpful I wish I knew her name … if it wasn’t for her I’d still be trying to get WiFi air not working in room and the free mini bar in the room was 1 beer moved to a different room where they were doing construction above our heads … the shower plumbing was not attached, it was a horrible experience and a birthday surprise and he said the worse hotel he had ever been at… I was so sad … nothing looked good I didn’t eat I think I had 1 beer and then we left after 3 hrs”

“Great people, great property. Everyone made sure the service was incredible. The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I love that they allow you to choose your pillow type and scent for your room. Turn down service was nice to come back to after a long day. They had the best tiny oatmeal cookies left on the pillow at night.”

“Secrets Mirabel is fantastic, 5 star all the way. Service is excellence, everyone is very helpful. Food is excellent. Facilities are clean and well maintained! It is nicest resort we have stayed at in Cancun!”
