“There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. ”

“This was the worst place we’ve ever stayed at. This place is not some place I would recommend. My room was not what I paid for so I had to sleep on the nasty floor eventually I just went and slept in my car. The elevator was broken and you had to go to the second floor to go up. The grill area was a disgusting the staff was nice I would never stay their again or recommend I want my money back worst experience ever ”

“Unsafe, dirty, rust on all the brass room fixtures, no breakfast due to major constructionin the lobby, which is a bunch of trash bags taped from floor to ceiling blocking access to the entire lobby. Propositioned in parking lot by mom and her 2 teen daughters. Guy smoking
droogs on the side steps. Front desk was no help on addressing any of my concerns and said nobody could help. Got a refund from expedia and stayed elsewhere”
