“No any chair in room, it very difficult for customer. ”

“Below average bfast option. Room is old, restroom was clogged upon checking into the room and had to be moved. The door latch I was moved is broken. Poor maintenance of room and seems like staff does not care”

“We got there late. Place was a little rundown, wasn’t super clean, staff was ok (not that friendly or engaging). We woke up to find a bug crawling on my daughter’s pillow. Then, another one on the shower curtain. They looked like bedbugs. Even the person at the front desk said that, as we notified them. ”

At first i had made contact with the manager while checking in, he was amazing. After the second week of staying there the manager followed through with my request of keeping the same room. “Friendly, helpful staff. The room was spacious and quiet. The location is 5 min drive from a lot of dining options. I had to visit Sierra College which was just over a mile away.”
