Hotel a Harveysburg

“Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good.”

“The room was spacious, it is a good location for visiting kings Island. I like there is a nightlight in the bathroom. The room was quiet, no highway noise.”

“I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

“The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous). There were tons of people living in the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. Ultimately, I appreciated that the room was clean and inexpensive. “The bathroom was not clean. Around the tiolet and bathtub had a dirt ring. Dust throughout and spider Webb by the air conditioner. Ice maker did not work and the gym equipment where broken.”

“TV did not work complained several times to front desk never got it fixed nor did they offer to switch me to a different room. Had only been checked in an hour when asked to be refunded and was told they couldn’t because it had been 2 hours when I know for a fact it had barely been an hour. Was late checking in and room was cancelled for a no show even though money had been taken and did not give me a refund after been charged for 2 nights”

“The unit was very clean.The bed and bedding was very comfortable.TV and AC worked great with no issues.It felt newly decorated. I actually enjoy the quirkiness of staying in "non-hotel" rooms and this one didn't disappoint so FYI: there is no outlet in the kitcehn except behind he fridge so it you want to use the toaster, you'll need to plug in the living room.the shelves in the kitchen are so tall, there is no way to reach the cookware above the second shelf and the lowest shelf just had...
