Hotel a Homewood

“Everything was terrible totally filthy no housekeeping had to get your own towels made us wait till 4 to get our room while several other people checked in had to take out your own garbage room smelled like cigarettes and was dirty told us they didn’t have any other room for us to exchange for what we paid everyone was rude very unprofessional I think they should refund my money this was the worst hotel I have ever booked in Myrtle Beach and they acted like we were nobody and didn’t care we also...

“We could hear and see the ocean. The property was broken oked the weekend we were there the pool and hot tub was Everytime we went down. Hit in the hot tub once and it was very nice.”

“First the have ceiling fall when someone upstairs took shower soaked everything then they gave us a room on other side dog barked all night someone else played loud music all night bathroom wasn't cleaned Ryun was nasty never again will I stay there ! So traveled bk home no sleep and wouldn't do a refund”

“Located close to Convention Center, baseball stadium and beach. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Great location if not interested in staying on the beach.”

“The room did not look the same as the one I booked, it was dirty, Hazzard concerns for families with kids, the open air hallways could blow a kid away of how strong the wind was. The odor was so bad and unit was so dirty, we ended up not staying there.”

“Had a great view of the ocean on 3rd floor would have been better if they had a elevator! Hard walking up 3 flights of stairs after walking or swimming!”

“Called front desk twice overnight to report people screaming that could be heard in my room. Nothing was done and no report was made by the night staff ”

“The hot water in the shower didn’t work we had to boil pots of water for the children to have warm water to bathe, the front isle of the stove closest to the sink didn’t work, the remote to the tv in the living room only powered the tv on but the channels couldn’t be changed and we have to unplug the tv just to turn it off. Oh and it would be nice if someone shampooed the carpets as they were filthy. Of course m I walk around with house slippers on but I was adamant about the children keeping...

“What a incredible hotel. Rooms were clean, bed pretty comfortable. Check in had very long line, few check in agents, and did take awhile, but was worth it. The amenities were so much fun for the family. We loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Only suggestion is pool towels maybe checked out in tower 2, easier for all towers. Loved the Starbucks and restaurant. And the beach is right there at your doorstep. I will definitely be back !!!”
