“My second visit in a month, this time with my wife. Everything was really excellent the staff is really friendly and helpful especially Kayla, if your lucky enough to have her working when you're there she will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They keep the place really clean. One thing we noticed though at the smoking area in the back of the hotel there's a door to the upstairs steps that did not have a card lock for customers staying at the hotel and was unlocked and open.”

“I wasn't aware of deposit until day of and was charged 200 100 for each room which was returned. Housekeeping could have done a better job I couldn't find the remote and lights weren't plugged in had thought there wasn't any between the beds other than that the stay was OK. Breakfast was OK be sure to get there early and I liked the Outlet was right across the street...”

“The location was excellent—right on the beach and close to restaurants, attractions, and stores. The oceanfront views were beautiful, especially in the morning. The pools and lazy river were enjoyable, and there were plenty of options for families and kids. The room was decent and served its purpose, though some areas could use a little updating. Staff were generally friendly and helpful during our stay.”

“This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When we got to our room you can just tell it was very dirty and outdated. There was a bug on the bed and leftover trash in the trashcan. When I went to the front desk to switch rooms they didn’t even seem surprised or apologetic, needless to say the second room they put me in was the same outcome and the toilet was leaking and the closet door was broke. After that I went to the front desk and canceled my reservation. Save your money and time...

“I liked the fact that it was close to everything; boardwalk, amusement park, rentals, restaurants ect.. the only issue was that the beach was closed off due to construction/ beach repair.”

“After paying for a stay I come in and was told there’s an additional fee when booking with Expedia. I’ve never been charged then charged for undisclosed fees when booking.”

“The staff are really what makes this place their customer services are second, to none. The property is very outdated and it shows what they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable.”

“The location was nice,because of the beach access, there was plenty of parking. The pools looked nice. There was nothing special about it. Too much furniture in the bedroom, awkward to move around. No free anything to drink or snack on. Not much available to even buy. We had an “extra fee” upon arrival even though we paid so much already.”
