“The hotel was amazing. If you’re looking for a great solo trip that’s safe Live aqua is the place. Had some issues but the issues was fixed within mins. The pools were pretty cleaned and spacious. There’s three pools connected and one swim up bar. The food was 10/10. The rooms were 10/10. Mauricio Luna, richardo, and Patrica were amazing.. the service is amazing!! Definitely 9/10 stay ”

“I was until your staff members came over and ask me to live the area because i was carring a bracelet from the hotel mext door, Even after I show my room key number. I ask them to go and check with the main office. I had the right to be in the hotel because I pay for it and they tread me. So I was not happy about it.”

“The Zilara informed us 3 hours before our flight that they would not be open and booked us at the Ziva. We had confirmed with the Zilara the day before and had booked cabana’s. At that point we couldn’t cancel flights and decided to go. Zilara then texted at 10:00 pm the day we arrived that they were in fact open and we could move there. At that point we were unbacked at the Ziva and had no confidence that the Zilara was ready as we saw construction equipment at the hotel. ”

“Struttura ottima, 3 stelle non rende giustizia. L'animazione per i bambini è stata super, tante attività diverse, i bambini ci andavano sempre volentieri. Il personale sempre super cortese, disponibile e sorridente, spiaggia e mare bellissimi, stanza spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata. Bellissimo l'acqua park, bellissimi gli spettacoli serali. Ottimo cibo, tanta scelta. Uni neo, difficile trovare posto sulle sdraio e troppi pochi ombrelloni.”

“Beautiful stay in Cancun. Very clean rooms, they were tidied up every day. Nice swimming pool aerea with the laguna view. Very recommended!”

Alejandro was our private concierge he went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing trip, I celebrated my bday and he truly went above and beyond. Would reccommend this experience to anyone also traveling with kids.”

“The staff are exceptional! Kind, helpful! The front desk staff are unbelievably accommodating, We had to shift rooms due to noise- old folk! And we were handled so well!! The food spectacular, service and all the fun a hotel social can. Bring! Recommend the extra and get the suote for longer stays. ”
