“It was not worth the money we paid to stay at this property. Here are the issues: 1. They made us go in hoops on check in. We had to wait way beyond 4 pm to check in. It took the check in clerk 30 minutes just to check in as she could just not figure out the process of checking in. 2. There were elevators and my wife having had her surgery could not carry her bags upstairs. This should be highlighted to customers when they are booking the place on Expedia. The staff at check in did nut prices...
