“The room was basic. It was older, but served its purpose. We were very busy and tired, so sleeping was our priority. Bed was comfortable. For the money, it was an okay stay.”

“Un posto magico, la mia camera nella sezione di Toy Story è nuovissima e in ottima posizione. I bambini contentissimi, speriamo di tornarci! ”

“L’hotel non è male, ottima posizione, pulizia e grandezza stanza. Ma non era chiaro che questa parte della struttura ha sia la porta di ingresso che l’unica finestra (non apribile) su un ballatoio. Quindi per non farsi vedere dentro da chi passa per andare altre stanze occorre stare con tende abbassate, quindi al buio e senza aria fresca.”

“The front desk was great! Housekeeping was terrible. Hardly cleaned room. Had to go down to front desk 3 days to get towels and toilet paper. They never even came into room. The resort fees you pay are way too much for the services. Never had a single waitress come by us at the pool and no entertainment except for DJ that just played music. Need better entertainment staff. Water park was a nice perk and many pools to select from. ”
