Guest house a Lakeland - Winter Haven

“if you like to be up late past 10 this is not the best place for you , you can’t be in the kitchen 😂, in the pool, no living room basically if you wanna breath this is not the best option, make sure you book a room that as a parking spot if not your walking at least 15 mins if not more IF YOU DONT NOT LIKE TO WALK THIS IS NOT A PLACE DOR YOUUUU easily 15 rooms in the house so if you wanna be by your self also don’t book this other than that our stay was pretty good”

“It’s an amazing place! A historic house in an excellent location with everything you need inside. It doesn’t have a stove, but it has a microwave. Free parking, a supermarket nearby, and a beautiful park with a swan lake just a few steps away. Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is modern. We want to come back.”

“Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there.”

“This was an amazing 2 night stay for us. Wished we could of stayed longer. It was very easy to find. Safe neighborhood. Room felt very private. The screened in private pool area was lovely with morning coffee. The birds and wildlife around the yard was so quiet and peaceful. We hope to visit again someday. ”

“the idea of the rental is amazing and it is truly beautiful. It was peaceful, quiet, and we were the only ones there. Unfortunately the property didn’t seem to be cleaned in a while. There were dead cockroaches in the airbnb and in the game room. There was cobwebs all over the airbnb as well as the game room and the gym. The office area room is not actually able to be used like it displays in the photos online. Says you have access to it with the $35 a day and you do not. We wanted to play...

The pool, hot tub, and lake were beautiful, and the location is close to everything.Jason was a great host—easy to communicate with and everything was smooth from start to finish.Easy stay, no stress. Would definitely come back.”
