Motel a Lakeland - Winter Haven

“Room seemed clean and recently painted. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were small squares, not standard size pillows as they should have been. The fridge was open and hot when we got there....I didn't know why because the front desk didn't tell me that I needed to turn it on! Even if I turned it on, it wouldn't have gotten cold enough to even use it for the one night I was there. Bathroom floor was a little sticky but the AC cooled great at least. “The 1st lady at check in seemed to have a problem with English but she called someone (who came within minutes) who was fluent. The internet was wonky. It went in & out. I couldn't get the tv to work but this was certainly operator headspace. I didn't ask about it because hubby was listening to stuff on his phone. The A/C was off when we arrived but very quickly cooled off. Bedding was very comfortable. It was a good deal for the price & we'd stay again.”

“Air conditioner barely worked and made weird noises, the bed sheets smelled like they were in dryer way to long burnt, there was an eye lash in corner of bathroom floor meaning last ppl left it and rooms weren't cleaned properly, there was still huge piles of dog poop in court yard, barely seen staff, the tub in room 218 has a what appeared to be some kind of extra mold thing to patch what I believe to be a hole in tub that if u stepped in would give way and make u feel as if u were gonna fall...
