“I love the Swan! we have stayed here before and we just love it! it is beautifully kept; super clean, the staff is amazing! there are a lot of family friendly activities and loads of choices of restaurants. the location to Epcot and other really cool Disney hotel properties is great!”

“Staff was courteous and very welcoming! We usually stay at WDW resorts but after seeing all the amenities, the lazy river, numerous pools and hot tubs, it’s safe to say I will be making this place my first choice any time we’re doing stuff in this area!”

“Top notch resort. Clean spacious modern suite included a well stocked kitchenette, large tub with separate shower. Continental breakfast includes made to order omelettes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking in front of each building. Free shuttle service to and from the magic kingdom, Epcot and animal kingdom. The only negative (very minor one) is that they seem to not want to give extra creamers for in room keurig coffee. Our next trip to Orlando we will stop at Publix to pick up a...

“Great location, wonderful experience!! Would love to stay here again. Perfect walking distance from Disney springs and a 10 minute drive from Disney parks. Restaurant on site was incredible. ”

“The hotel is excellent. Beds are beyond comfortable and everything was clean. One issue with staff at check in who was not familiar with the pay at property option and dismissed my concerns which was very discouraging. The issue was resolved the next morning but still didn’t like the treatment. ”
