“Beautiful location with wonderful staff who are always happy to help. There were a few areas of the property that needed some maintained better, and the beach should be far more accessible to those with mobility issues who cannot handle stairs. We were unable to visit one of the restaurants because of that issue. Food could use a lot of help. The only two places with food that actually tasted good was the sports bar and the hibachi location. Buffet breakfast was also amazing. ”

“Personale poco garbato.Se non conosci la lingua inglese ti trattano male.
Per colpa di Expedia mi sono trovato senza avere l'all inclusive.mentre io sono sicuro di aver pagato per all inclusive.
Quindi l aprima sera pensando di avere il pasto gratuito ho cenato, ma i camerieri sono venuti al mio tavolo accerchiando mi e con modi poco garbati volevano che pagassi subito senza aspettare nemmeno finissi facendomi fare una brutta figura con tutte le persone presenti.

“We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door.
The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info.
2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it.
Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time.
Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...
