Hotel a North Dayton

“Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management. ”

“The room was very clean and nice. the breakfast buffet was fresh and perfect with a nice variety of options to choose from. The same can be said for the evening buffet. The staff was awesome and I enjoyed the hot tube and pool. I will look forward to staying here again! Well done!”

“Clean room - one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve slept in. Stairways need to be vacuumed. Mats need to be replaced. Staff is awesome.”

“Hotel is just finishing up a renovation. It is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice! Spacious. Nicely decorated. Staff is super friendly. And they have Pepsi products at the front desk store! Lololol. Thumbs up for this hotel! ”

“Lots of random hairs in our kitchen area and bathroom when we arrived. Blood on our shower curtain. Lots of noise from the hall doors. Pool area was making our eyes burn just from sitting in there watching the kids. Kids were coughing from the high chemicals and complaining their eyes were burning too. Staff were friendly and easy check in/check out.”

“Hotel was nice overall. Only complaints Is there’s a lot of pot smoking going on outside and I’m sure inside as well I smelled it the entire time. Also our room had no toilet paper at all nor backup rolls. But other than that it was a nice stay. ”

“When entering the room, the air was turned completely off so it was hot, stuffy, and didn't smell the best. There were outlets without outlet covers, stains on the covers and multiple random holes in the wall that appear to have been attempted to be patched. The "breakfast" was mediocre at best, we went at 6:45 and they had muffins as the only option at that time. The pictures did not reflect the actual hotel at all, they are very deceiving. Additionally, a hotel typically has rooms on an inside...

“The place was so rundown in a lot of disrepair. It didn’t even have a hair dryer. I would not even stay for breakfast. I will never stay at any place owned by you company. I didn’t feel safe. Both motels didn’t even have a toaster at breakfast. I will let people we know about our experience. I realize that it was very reasonable price. But I expect it not to be disgustingly unsafe. We only stayed a few hours then left after driving 10 hours on the road.”
