“Great”

“Pleasantly surprised by this property. They usually look run down from the highway but it was so lively and so nice inside. Room was exceptionally clean. Although it is pet friendly, I did not smell any pets in the room. Drink tickets are bonus as well as the free breakfast and dinner. Food wasn’t that great, but it was a meal and it helps.”

“Room was clean and the price was cheap. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and never had a problem. Will stay again.”

“The rug in the room was dirty. The whole building moved when people went up and down stairs or walked across the hallway floors. There was divots under the rug by the sink. And to top it off someone had peed in the elevator and staff didn’t seem inclined to clean it up.”

“Breakfast was not very good. Minimal choice, lukewarm at best, oatmeal ran out, yogurt and fruit selections were minimal. Coffee & OJ very good! Need better variety, more taste and having someone checking when “run outs” occur”

“The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests.”

“This was an older property. The icemaker was not working for the entire stay and no solution was offered by the staff, the hot tub was not working and by the cleanliness it was not working for a significant time, and the laundry facilities were not working. The pool was quite cold for an indoor pool. The breakfast that was available was not to the standards of other Quality Inn\Choice hotels that we have stayed in. Staff were always pleasant and tried to resolve small issues, example missing...
