“Took 3 times before they gave me the correct key to my room. First time wrong key, second time wrong room as it had yet to be cleaned. 3rd time they got it Right. They overcharged my credit card so trying to get that sorted out. ”

“We were given complimentary cider upon check-in. We stayed in a suite with a hot tub on the deck for our anniversary. Very spacious for two people. Great view of the bay. We only ate in the Pub; the food was delicious! ”

“This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings...

“The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately one of the staff members did not book an early morning taxi as promised resulting in a bit of a chaotic morning getting to the airport in time for my flight. The morning staff member was helpful in rectifying the situation.”
