OCEAN VIEW - Located on the 10th floor of Laketown Wharf Resort, this spacious condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a single twin size bed nook. Primary bedroom has a king size bed with ocean view. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The magnificent emerald water of the Gulf, its sugary beach & the amazing sunsets are experienced from the large balcony & the living area. This condo has very easy access to the 10th floor pool & hot tub.

Laketown Wharf Resort is in the heart of all the fun, located near many attractions, restaurants & water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of Lakefront boardwalk & has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from. This is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at in Florida. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with extremely unhelpful staff who gave us zero instruction on where to go to get to the room. Getting your luggage to your room is hell in the heat. You have to park in a parking garage use the elevator if it works it kept going out. Then from there you have to take another elevator which takes forever because they are constantly full to go to your room. The room was good just didn’t have much to cook with at all. The kiddie pool was the best part my two year old loved it. The other pools were packed. Security was probably the worst part very unhelpful and RUDE!! They make you pay for a parking pass and give wrist bands but harass you at the gate anyway when you pull in. I even had them chase me down and scream at me for not stopping even though I showed them my pass and band. The staff at the restaurants were also unpleasant. Parking was terrible even though you pay for parking it gets full and you have to park in over flow a mile away. I will never stay here again. Absolute worst experience!

I rarely give a review but we were disappointed. The resort seemed run down for the price we paid. Waiting on elevators was a nightmare and we mostly had to use the stairs to the 10th floor. There was trash left in the stairs for several days. The condo wasn't properly cleaned as I expected. The floor had sand in multiple areas, the stove had crumbs left on it and the couch needed cleaned. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall in the master bedroom and the master bathroom plugs would work one day and not the next. The host was easy to contact and friendly but would never stay here again.
