“The staff was extremely rude and not accommodating what so ever. Upon Arival we were starving and had not had the opportunity to make any reservations st their restaurants and they could not make accommodations to get us in. We went to the concierge for assistance only to be told we need to download their app and make reservations that’s the only way to get into restaurants!! ”

“All of the things that made this place special 7 years ago on our honeymoon (now under new ownership) are still present today. This is our favorite boutique, intimate resort in the area. The hospitality is unmatched anywhere else. The rooms are spacious and the remodeled bathrooms were a big plus. There are excellent food options for all 3 meals and no reservations are required. “Great stay. Great pool. Domingo and Erik were the 2 highlights of our trip. Domingo serves up amazing drinks at the SOS bar and Erik everyday in the boathouse gave beyond exceptional service. We ate everywhere on resort. Best spot was at license to chill. The 2 that require reservations were mediocre at best. The Italian place was good but the sauce was sweet when should be savoury. “Property is maintained cleaned at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the Privilege upgrade was the best thing we could’ve done as we have great perks. Specially getting a lounge pool chair easily and fast. Only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Privilege lounge. Our butler Elizabeth was amazing !”
