“The property is situated between a few other hotels. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance. Upon entering the property the staff were friendly and helpful. Kindly offering the water and cookie for members.
The foyer area did smell a bit like cigarette smoke. Not sure why. The foyer was not amazing or inviting. Very dated.
The rooms were pleasant, clean yet very humid and the sheets felt a bit damp from the humidity in m the room.”

“Room was not clean. Shower door didn’t close. Bathroom sink completely clogged. Expedia never sent my booking into the hotel after the GM approved the date change so there was no reservation. I had to pay a slightly higher “walk in” rate. Still waiting on Expedia to refund my original payment. Front desk staff in evening was rude. GM was very helpful however. “Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

“The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing.

“Pros: Room looked recently remodeled and the AC was really cold. Liked the kitchenette and extra shelving for storage.
Cons: Hotel charges $3 above booking price for "linens". Then had to take the linens back downstairs because they left all bath mats and no bath towels. Also they do not provide hand towels and all towels are extremely thin. Bed linens are extremely thin also.”
