“Il posto ideale per rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura. Molto pulito. Cucina con tutto quello che serve (no microonde). Bagno pulito e con acqua calda! Letto comodo. Proprietari molto cordiali, hanno anche un servizio ristorante, minimo ma comunque molto comodo. Situato sulla Ruta de Cenotes, vicino (20 miniti in auto) a Puerto Morelos.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. “Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!”

“Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.”

“disgusting, dirty room. Ruined our 47 Anniversary ! We got sick from the mold in our room! Explained our concerns to the hotel management, all we got was excuses!!!!!”

“They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!”
