“Stayed for 1 week with no complaints!! A few small issues were dealt with promptly. Will stay again!!”

“The room was clean enough and breakfast was adequate… Air conditioning didn’t work, but I didn’t need it, and staff was had to quit but not willing to go any extra than necessary.”

“Awful experience. Appeared to be people that were living in this hotel. Could smell marijuana smoke from the rooms adjacent. Viewed a creepy crawly pest in bathroom. Air conditioner was as loud as a lawn mower. We checked in, but did not stay overnight in the room - went to a different hotel.”

“I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

“The room was clean but we had problems each day with the key card. We never did have housekeeping come in the entire time we stayed. I guess I was on vacation as I didn't make the bed the entire week. They stated about going GREEN but there was no where to hang wet towels. We had to go to the front desk each evening to get clean ones. Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. I would have liked some peanut butter.
