“Property is a little outdated for the price but overall it was a good trip”

“We have been coming to Coral Brach for years. We have never used Vrbo, we always normally book directly through the hotel. Only few issues were:bedding was a bit of an issue and wasn’t stocked, or shown as it typically is. There was some sort of sauce, almost looked like barbecue, all over on the living room light fixture, and the phone in the bedroom didn’t work. “I liked the size of the beds and that it was really quiet even with all the noise in the street. We enjoyed our stay and just being able to see the ocean.”

“Clean room. Bathroom was absolutely tiny- caused claustrophobic reaction with door closed. Complimentary breakfast was at a restaurant off site but was good. Parking garage was also off site.”

“Took 30 minutes to check in due to understaffing. Holiday weekend so it should not have been a surprise they would be busy. Tried to get a cart to bring up my own luggage but since it was “full service”, I was not allowed (they lock the carts in the closet). Of course they were understaffed with bellman so the wait was another 25 minutes (2 guys doing valet and bellhop on a 14+ floor hotel???) Did not get any room attendance for 2 days (towels, make-up).
