“I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel and the quickly canceled. I got the day wrong. I apologized when trying to get a hold of the hotel, left numerous messages but no one acknowledged or called me back. I was charged.”

“Very run down property, booked thru Expedia and there was a DOG BED in my room!! I'm allergic! Chose this location because of the parking on site that enabled me to park for a week and fly for cheap, would not stay here again even for the cheaper parking. They don't plow the parking area and I had to dig out my car when I returned! As for the parking, that was good, my car was not damaged or vandalized and the shuttle driver was nice, and prompt.”

“I love this simple , rustic , but amazing little hotel. Right on the beach, easy walk to the beach area, playground , restaurants , seven eleven. Staff is great , gentleman that stays in the office is very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a room with 2 separated areas.”

“Extremely well located. The breakfast was nice; the staff was great. Extremely clean. The hallways could be better lit (I bumped into a door jam I couldn’t see) and a cabinet door in the room that needed a new latch (little things). The beds could have been more comfortable, but for the price…”

“I booked a Studio 1 King Bed. I was put in a 2 Queen Bed with Kitchenette. Bathroom is set up inefficiently. Towel storage is several steps from the shower. The toilet paper holder was lose and drooping. It felt cheaply furnished. Sofa was not comfortable.”

“Bathroom in the room with no windows and no fan. Gym small and claustrophobic. No worth the amount of money. Not coming back”

“Excellent location right in the middle of shops and food/restaurants but still very quiet. The rooms are brand new and well taken care of love the set up. I travel a lot and stay in Marriott normally but stayed at Hyatt place this time because I think the prices are getting better and more affordable. As I travel, I’m going to continue to look for these in the areas that I’m in.”

“Ottima sistemazione, camera piccola ma con tutto quello che serve (attenzione: non c'è aria condizionata, solo riscaldamento) e pulita. Parcheggio molto comodo, zona ben servita, con tantissime possibilità per cenare”

“The room was spacious, but the initial listing didn't say that the pool was unavailable. That only was shared after the booking. Also, there were streaming TV's, but they could not be hooked up to the internet. Small things, but they do add up. Also, an additional charge (unclear) at check-in? ”

“Erin at the front desk was amazing. She gave us so much advice and so many suggestions that we were able to travel around the whole lake and check out great spots. We actually came for a wedding in Kings Beach but preferred Tahoe City. Great spot and great hotel”

“I would stay here again. On site sauna and gym open til 10pm, gym is small but clean. They also have an on-site restaurant thats extra but breakfast was fresh and quality was excellent. One mile walk into downtown Truckee and 0.5 mile walk to nearest plaza that has a decent Thai and wine restaurant. Short 20 mins drive from Palisades if there's no traffic.”
