I booked a privilege swim-out suite for what I consider a hefty sum of money for a 7 day stay. The suite was to have a fully stocked mini-bar, king bed, and a bottle of top-shelf liquor. “Great facility. Good size pools. The rooms were spacious . Staff for the most important art were friendly. It was very helpful to have butler service - Alejandro was phenomenal! The food was great at Poseidon for lunch especially the whole fried fish. Drinks were great. Spa was AMAZING. Gorgonzola pizza was the best- I wish it was open longer hours. “Something random but helpful is you can skip the lobby on the elevator (LB) by pressing (-1) which depending on the elevator leads to the pool and restaurant area or the street level in front. I didn't figure that out until my 3rd day. Besides the retention/time share staff making things a bit awkward the rest of my stay was excellent.”
