“Although my stay was pretty much as I expected it would be. There was one issue. The blackout curtains were stationary at the edges of the window sill. Which allowed the lights from the parking lot to shine into the room.”

“Great”

“Had a nice one night stay quiet and clean furniture is a bit dated but clean thanks”

“staff very friendly & clean rooms”

“Everything was clean and newly renovated. The area was very quiet. I liked the layout of the room. The bed was very comfortable. There’s nothing at all fancy about the lobby and no extra frills, but they have all the things that really matter!”

“I normally stay here while visiting my daughters that attend VSU college. The staff is normally friendly and helpful. This past visit was by far one of my worst experiences. The room I stayed in the toilet was not stable to the floor and the handle was broken. When I went to tell the manager his response was there isn’t a maid around to fix it. I said you need a maintenance worker to fix the toilet not a maid. He then said there is no one available to come fix the toilet and if I came back by 11...

“It was horrible, the worst accommodation ever! Don't stop here... Every person who checked in before and after me had something to arguing with the hotel stuff. Door broken, old bathroom, dirty room, no fridge, no towels for 4, only for one and dirty! It was too late to leave and find something else. Wi-fi didn't work! A horrible night! It seems the hotel never had a refreshing in 50 years and more! Avoid it!”
