“I would say overall the resort has all that you are looking for either for Adults only or families. Good: Playground and Water park, good room service and menu, minibar with a lot of options. Bad: mosquitos, poor service (I was all the time running after waiters to ask for drinks or something else) Water Park hours just until 5:30 PM. They said no reservations and there was a waiting list and empty tables, poor kids activities, spa policies. Improve: more food options. Welcome to the hotel”

“I like smaller hotels like this Riu. I loved the beach, very calm and beautiful water. Staff is very friendly and took good care of us, specially Catalina in Don Roberto and Romero restaurant. It’s very walkable. I did not like guests smoking or using loud speaking the beach but I don’t know if hotel staff can do anything about this. It’s inconsiderate to others around you. The hotel is older and may need some renovations. I would stay here again ”

“Fui con mi familia todos colombianos y un mexicano, nos encantó, fue la mejor experiencia, solo nos quedamos una noche pero fue inolvidable, las personas del bar eran muy atentas y te hacían todo tipo de cócteles, la comida en todos los restaurantes nos pareció exquisita, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y todos los servicios que el hotel ofrece son ideales para tener las vacaciones perfectas, volvería mil veces, saludos desde Colombia ”

"Hotel attempato e con arredamenti quasi logori... Necessita di un ammodernamento. Stanza piccola e molto rumorosa. Tutta la notte sentivo la musica del locale di fronte... Colazione ok ma nulla di eccezzionale. Palestra piccola ma ben accessoriata La zona e' abbastanza buona ma la collocazione dell' hotel non e' veramente piacevole.. per quanto speso mi aspettavo molto di piu..."
