“Love the nightly shows and hospitality from all the staff. So much to do here. The animals on the property were a good sight. The only thing that slightly concerned me was the constant attempts by the staff to push buying some sort of timeshare type thing. I stayed away and didn’t attend. Other than that, the stay was very good and I would return. ”

“Definitely coming back, everything was great, especially the service. Food was good and amenities are great. Lots of pools and they have 2 small water parks for kids which was awesome since I traveled with kids. Right outside the resort they had an OXXO which was very convenient and cheap for everything. "Hotel attempato e con arredamenti quasi logori... Necessita di un ammodernamento. Stanza piccola e molto rumorosa. Tutta la notte sentivo la musica del locale di fronte... Colazione ok ma nulla di eccezzionale. Palestra piccola ma ben accessoriata La zona e' abbastanza buona ma la collocazione dell' hotel non e' veramente piacevole.. per quanto speso mi aspettavo molto di piu..."
