“The whole experience at the hotel was great with friendly and helpful staff. The tropical bar is the best in the area with 1st class barmen. I would say you would be mad not to stay here for a family holiday/vacation for a more personal touch. Me and my family have lived our time there.”

“The hotel was way over priced for only 4 days 3 nights! In Expedia my receipt total is $478.24 but the actual total my card was charged and the total Fourpoints emailed me on their receipt is $482.54. My card was charged $50 twice for the hold so it's pending $100 instead of $50. I checked out Sunday the 17th and 1 of the $50 is still pending. The halls smelled bad like urine. The walls were really thin! I could hear people next door in both sides of the room. The breakfast was just ok cold hard...

“We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.”

“Main desk staff was beyond excellent. They went out of their way to help with everything. The hallways however we're very dirty. We were there for almost a week and the hallways we never vacuumed. Bits of trash remained for the week. The room cleanliness was also poor. The room was not cleaned even when we make a request Overall, very Merry poor except for the front desk We would not recommend staying here. Gary and Ann”

“The location is excellent and the room was very clean and spacious. TV didn’t work upon check in but the staff was helpful. The breakfast was ok, we were not early birds and food that was left was not that appealing. I would definitely stay again, parking was plentiful and I felt very safe.”

“We booked on Expedia, and upon checkout had a bill of $62.50. This was for resort fees and self parking. The hotel was also older and could use some renovations.”
