“Pros
The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby.
Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell...

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“The thing that was good there was the ladies in the restaurant for breakfast. They were very nice and very helpful.
But don’t pay the higher price for breakfast. It’s all the same.
They really need to update. The place carpets are very stained and dirty.
Coming into the place to register needs a major paint job it’s like they’re just letting it go.
They said there’s a pool there but they have no instructions or tell you nothing about where the pool is or nothing.

“i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming.
The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I woke up the next morning and went to use the sink in the shower there was hair all over the sink and bathtub that was not mine. “The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights.
Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning.
