“First time staying in a hostel and I feel like this was a great choice. We got our own room. They seem to realize prioritize making people feel safe and comfortable. Hoping every hostel I stay at is like this. They provided breakfast and also dinner which I thought was super cool. We only stayed for 1 night. They did a song bingo in the bar that was a lot of fun. The room was incredibly hot but it did come with a fan.”

“Exceeded expectations. Efficient reception upon arrival. Clean and comfortable sleeping accommodation. Useful kitchen area. Pleasant common room spaces. Quiet when I was there. Centrally located in Nanaimo for walking around. Great pricing compared to other places in the area. Will definitely stay there again if/when back in that area.”

“Giving a review was difficult as there were many conflicting conditions. First, the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was easy. However, the building as a whole was extremely musty and I can only assume moldy/mildewy. Within an hour in the building, I required my inhaler and allergy meds. The temperature of the building was unbearably warm. I had to leave much earlier than I’d planned due to the uncomfortable conditions.”
