“The property overall was decent. I'm not going to lie I was judging it before I got there. I was actually impressed by the room, the amenities such as the gym and pool. The spa looked like it was pretty nice I did not get a service though. The food was pretty good but breakfast wasnt good. Overall I would stay again and I would just maybe purchase breakfast instead of enjoying the free breakfast”

“Check-In was pretty smooth. Nevertheles the staff at that moment wasn't overly friendly but it was still ok. At least they gave me a room at a top floor as requested. The elevator worked well. The room was clean, the bed was good and the shower worked well and had hot water. Aircon was without noise. On the first day beakfast was chilaquiles Mexican stile but they also had pancakes but no fruit. I asked for fruit and they gave me an apple. The next day when I arrived for breakfast the lady...

“The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. There are several cars on the property that are very friendly. They make a lot of noise at night.”

“Everyone was super kind just a little expensive to do laundry lol 10$ USD which was almost 15$ Canadian . Breakfast was toast and fruit . Place was clean . Only complaint would be the people upstairs being very loud all night sounded like moving furniture around scraping on the floors & dropping things . Staff was very respectful and kind . <3”

“The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view. It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”
