“When I walked into lobby I didn’t receive a welcoming feeling. Both people at front desk were busy scrolling on their phones. Finally one said hello but didn’t offer to assist with the check in. The other person looked up from her phone and asked if she could help me. The direction to the parking were not clear. The introduction to the hotel amenities was not clear Otherwise I was pleased with hotel ”

Right at the foot of the boardwalk mean you are near everything right across the street from the beach but with the feeling of lots of open space.
