“Room was clean and staff was helpful. Not so good was one day one of the 5 pools heater was not working well and was 78 not 87. And the hot tubs indoors were in need of cleaning. Beach view was great and fold out couch was nice. Also they do not provide any beach chairs or towels even though you see them in the picture the chairs are from the city and the lifeguard charges $65 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Also no vallet parking which is a pain.”

“Hotel area was great. We loved the room category- ocean front king. Staff were amazing!! Some concerns though- Hotel needs to invest in grocery carts for when people arrive with groceries and luggage. The only racks available were luggage racks. Also- we were not impressed with the poor state of the hotel towels around the pool. They were more like rags than towels. One big problem is the internet- we were 4 people in two rooms and we were always getting booted off- so annoying. Other than that...

“Had a very nice day at the hotel. It was quiet the rooms were clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and eating it by the pool or by the pond in the back. Plenty of wildlife around and close to the beach and Broadway on the beach. I was there too is it a family member but I also made time for myself as well. Nice day would definitely come back. Love the 24-hour free coffee as well 😁”
