“There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. “The beds were terrible. Sunk down in the middle. The lights above the bed did not work. Tried to turn the shower on and the knob just spun. When we asked for maintenance, they informed us that maintenance wouldn’t be there til 10:00. We were trying to leave. So my husband asked for a screw driver and he fixed the shower. We should have our room charge refunded!”
