“Staff was excellent and Joya tried to resolve the issues with the room but could only do so much. Property has good amenities for the price point it’s in. Evening snacks and drinks is a nice touch. It is, however, an older outdated property. The bed was not comfortable, the AC unit was super loud and the refrigerator wasn’t cold at all. “The shuttle to the park was a nice accommodation to save on parking. It’s perfect to watch fireworks from the pool. The rooms are a bit dated and an odd smell but worth it for the money to be that close to park with an outdoor pool!”

“It was no one at the front desk and at breakfast we had to find cups, bowls and plastic wear. Absolutely NO HOT BREAKFAST!!! It was juice,a few bagels, yogurt, cereal. We were told the kitchen staff called off. It was about 40 guest trying to eat a hot breakfast it was no where to be found.
