The apartment in this ad is in a quiet condominium building. The building name is "DK Exclusive". Only 23 condos in the building. So not too busy. This is a one bedroom apartment, quite spacious and modern. A peaceful morning coffee on the rooftop terrace under an incredible sunrise, or sipping an iced cocktail in the evening are just some of the possibilities you can hope for. The bedroom leads directly to the bathroom. Whether you plan on cooking or not, we have a fully equipped kitchen because we want this to be your home away from home. Note that there is no oven (it's too hot to cook anyway and your spouse may want a break from that chore!). Either way, amazing restaurants are just a few steps away. The kitchen, dining room and living room are an open plan area. A 55-inch widescreen TV is located in the bedroom. We have the following streaming services that you can access with your account; Netflix, YouTube and Amazon. A rooftop infinity pool overlooking the sea offers breathtaking views while relaxing. There is often someone to receive you downstairs at the entrance of the building. 24/7.

Come and discover the cultural, natural and historical aspects of Playa del Carmen and the Rivera Maya. Alongside experienced tour guides, enjoy activities such as scuba diving and snorkeling off the coast of Cozumel Island or in the "Cenotes". Experience night excursions to wild beaches with a zoologist. Watch sea turtles hatch their eggs or baby turtles rush to the sea. Passenger access
In addition to the apartment, our guests have full access to the rooftop pool and all the rooftop facilities, which include sun loungers, dining tables, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and an outdoor kitchen sink. Don't forget, stunning views!
Other points to note
LAUNDRY
The security staff downstairs is also the person to contact if you wish to reserve access to the washer/dryer room located in the underground parking garage. The building management and not the hosts manage the use of the laundry room. So please note that as hosts, we have no control over the USE OR AVAILABILITY of the washers/dryers. Therefore, as hosts, we cannot GUARANTEE that this amenity will always be available. Also note that the management grants you access to the laundry room for a maximum of two times per week.

PARKING
Although we have listed an underground parking garage, please note that this is also not under our control. The building management manages the parking. Our understanding is that it is on a first come/first served basis. No reservations of parking spaces are possible. Please note that there are very limited spots available and as hosts we cannot GUARANTEE the availability of a parking spot. Despite this, there are plenty of safe and free parking spots on Calle 52. Just make sure you don't need to place a parking ticket on your dashboard that only costs a few pesos per day.

BBQ AREA
This area is operated by the building management and not by us. Therefore we have no control over the availability and use of this area. This is something that our guests should inquire about with the person who works for the management when our guests are on the premises. This person can be found at the entrance of the building 24/7. We know that the management provides you with BBQ utensils. However, do not forget to clean the utensils and the BBQ area. Otherwise you risk a pretty hefty fine. Also, do not forget to bring OUR plates, glasses and utensils back to the accommodation!
