“This home fit our family needs perfectly. Close to Tahoe City and the lake. Wish we would have had a few more days to take advantage of everything. The HOA access to the private beach and facilities is really nice. Kitchen is well stocked and as we had a family with a one year old, we did cook a number of meals there. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Zach, the property manager was amazing. His communication was quick and he took great care of us.Yes, I would definitely recommend...

“Awesome property - beautiful views from the deck and we really enjoyed the amenities around the house. Hosts were generous with providing supplies to get started, like cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint is the lock on the front door wasn't working, and the key provided did not open any of the other doors. This made getting in/out of the house tricky. The management company did call me to notify me of this ahead of time.”

“We found this place at short notice because it was close to the wedding venue. Confortable and quiet! The bed was very uncomfortable but the rest of the place was great!”

“The house was perfect for our group (6 adults and 4 teens). It was a very easy drive (and not a terrible walk) down to the Lake, and was very quiet nestled in the woods. We even saw a mama bear and two cubs walk across the back yard one evening! (The bear box is not just there for show!) The owners were very responsive and easy to reach, and check in/check out were extremely easy. Would definitely recommend the house as a North Lake home base for a large group!”
