“Very old place”

“I got a single king bed and the room was nice and cozy. The room looks and smells clean, the AC unit keeps the room comfortably cool, the bed was very soft with nice pillows, and the shower was simple and clean. The coffee machine works and makes a decent sized pot for sipping throughout the day. The cable TV is nice. The wifi is fast and reliable. No signs of pest issues. The rate is very affordable during peak season and it's right on the beach. There are many small restaurants within a mile...

“Loved the place great Ocean view trail to beach trimmed. Only thing is the lighting is poor on the basement level very dark near the door to go out to pool or ocean. However staff are always visable. The hot tub always had children in it. But that was ok I wasn’t there for the pool not the hot tub. And I wasn’t disappointed ❤️”

“What makes this property is the friendly staff. A great budget option for being on the ocean and it seems to have a lot of repeat visitors. Staff seem to enjoy working there and that carries over to customer service. This is not a bougie choice, but practical one for families. Highly recommend recommended.”

“Cons: The room was actually kind of out of dated, all drainages are not working very well. The shower water is barely warm in the early morning. Pros: location, location, location! The view is nice! And there is a kitchen!”
