“One lady at the front desk for check in was so rude and unprofessional! Our room was not ready at 4pm check in for harbor view. Proceeded to say if you need your room now you can have a room with no hot water. Room was clean. Overall resort is a bit out dated.”

“I was in the newer wing and had a beautiful view out my window. I stayed Thursday-Sunday and the noise was minimal. I believe my room must have been above the fitness area as I did hear gym sounds as I sat in my room. The room was quite spacious and I had all I needed for a pleasant stay. Although they don’t provide a breakfast, they do have a supplies for making coffee/tea, also with availability in lobby. Check-in/out was seamless. “We stayed a week. Three days into the stay, I informed the front desk I would like the room to be refreshed. When we came back to the room, I found towels and bedsheets on the kitchen counter. Our dirty towels were still in the floor. The beds were not made. Toiletries were not restocked. I informed the front desk of the issues at checkout. I didn’t receive a follow up from the Osthoff.
