The staff was not that welcoming in addition to avoiding eye contact during hotel procedures. Then, the a.c made a weird noise so we had difficulty to sleep during the night. I have to admit that we managed to sleep well and that they fix it the next day, however that night the a.c. didn't work at all. I called the receptionist and they informed me that they don't have a technician at the moment, hence the next day will be fixed. The technician never came. In addition, I asked for the daily bottles of water that they supposed to bring during cleaning. The receptionist sent someone, good for now. The next day (again) I called the receptionist and she informed me that the housekeeper already brought the bottles of water (which is not correct) so that if I want another one, there will be an additional fee of 80 pesos (5 $). On other hand, the room and view was amazing and breakfast was delicious. The pool was splendid. In conclusion, staff would need a better communication and problem solving skills.
