“The AD stated it has a heated pool and jacuzzi, both were really cold and you could not adjust temperature nor did the jets work in the Jacuzzi, they stated the piece is broken and they have to get a piece in to have it fix. The sign stated to lift phone for help and the phone was not working. My bed in the room was sunken in and scratches and tape in some spots just shows the building is very old. We had teenagers running through out the building knocking on doors and hiding! The elevator...

“It has been 35 years since we last visited this property. My wife and I were excited to be able to visit it again and see all the wonderful upgrades!”

“The hotel itself is charming with a lovely courtyard and it is walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We were there on a weekend and they may have been short staffed but our room wasn’t serviced even though I was assured it would be. The main problem was that the room itself was tiny. There was only one chair and no desk or table. The TV was on the far wall and the only way to watch it would have been to stand in the doorway to the room.”

“Everything was clean and the staff did a great job. But the guest know that you don’t have a parking lot or a pool 🏊‍♂️ I saw on the advertisement that there was a pool, but when we checked in. We found out that there was no pool 😢. Other than that everything was great. Thanks.”
