“Our room was close to a large generator or a/c unit but it didn’t affect our sleep. The ceiling fan above the bed wasn’t working so they made every effort to correct the problem. It took a couple of visits until it was finally fixed. We were gifted with a nice bottle of champagne and some macarons for the inconvenience. The staff was nice, super friendly and very attentive.
