“Bella spiaggia, cibo scadente, coda al buffet. Nessun late check out. No upgrate come vip member”

“Everything is 10 out of 10. They are so welcoming and make you feel safe. It’s super cleaning and spacious. The staff are amazing and super kind. Will be back!”

“Personale poco garbato.

Ci siamo sentiti a casa e voluti bene.

“Lots of dirt and rocks between lounge chairs and pools, never swept. Overall most staff did not seem to enjoy their job. We called three times to have our mini bar stocked with water as it had not been stocked before our arrival, never got stocked we went to concierge to get water ourselves and then had to take it back to our room. We left to have breakfast and upon returning three staff were in our room and cutting a hole through the bathroom wall, no prior notice and we couldn't relax in...

“Niente bambini, ottimo cibo nei ristoranti, scelta varia”

“Although it is a family-friendly resort, there aren't any activities for the adults. The staff are wonderful and are quick to learn and remember names, preferences, and are very genuine. The only issue we had (if you can count it) was that the cleaning staff regularly had to be called to bring up wash cloths. Our room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed along with the mini bar restocked with soda, water & chips. We truly enjoyed our stay. It's been a long time since we had a hotel or resort...

“Everything went perfectly. Shuttled through the resort and anywhere else we wanted to go”
