“Very convenient location. Only one staff can speak English. I wish they put a doorbell in the front gate so they can hear that people are coming. They always lock the front gate and most of the time I have to shout to alert them that I’m at the gate. I wish they laundry the pillow cases, towels, and bed sheets so well, coz it smells musty. Breakfast is good. ”

“Di speciale nulla. Un vecchia struttura il cui unico pregio è di stare a dieci minuti dall’aeroporto. Per il resto vecchia, senza aria condizionata, senza frigo bar, non propriamente economica (quasi 90$). Colazione però buona e personale gentile.”

“Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno a Neruda, l'hotel è ben ubicato,carino,le stanze dotate di buoni ventilatori e AC; è possibile parcheggiare facilmente e gratis davanti all'entrata;la colazione è abbondante e sono cucinate al momento specialità yucateche ogni giorno diverse. La nostra lamentela però va alla posizione della stanza:a piano terra praticamente in cucina,sin dalle 6:30 di mattina le cameriere iniziano a preparare per la colazione e si viene obbligatoriamente...
